The University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA) - Southwest Border Nonprofit Resource Center (SBNRC), the Delta Region Revitalization Corporation and Workforce Solutions in conjunction with the office of Congressman Ruben Hinojosa, would like to invite you to The Rio Grande Valley Nonprofit Expo & Job Fair. The Expo will bring together Rio Grande Valley nonprofit organizations to: 1. Create awareness in the community about local resources and programs 2. Recruit volunteers and board members 3.
