The Ballet Folklórico UT-Pan American

The Ballet Folklórico UT-Pan American will present ALEGRIA 2010, A 40th Anniversary Celebration, on February 5, at 7:30 p.m.; February 6 & 7 at 2 p.m.; February 12 at 7:30 p.m.; February 13 & 14 at 2 p.m.; February 19 at 7:30 p.m., and February 20 & 21 at 2 p.m. All concerts will be held at the UTPA Fine Arts Auditorium in Edinburg, Texas. Adult advance sale tickets are $8 and available at the IBC Bank Wal-Mart branches Valley-wide and at the UTPA Payments and Collections Office. Adult tickets will be available at the door for $10; $5 tickets for children and UTPA students/faculty/staff will also be available. Additional events have been slated as part of the 40th Anniversary Celebration. An exclusive premier dinner and a show will be held on Thursday, February 4. The dinner will be held at the UTPA Fine Arts Auditorium Court Yard and follow with a performance of ALEGRIA 2010 in the Fine Arts Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for this special premiere event are $50 per person.
