The Harlingen Public Library will celebrate the holidays with a Polar Express Festival on Thursday, December 21, from 5:30-7:30 PM. Everyone will be welcome to hop on board! The Polar Express Festival, an all-ages, family-friendly event, will feature music, local authors, karaoke caroling, and a host of activities for children: games, crafts, and a visit from Santa! This year’s celebration will also highlight the diverse holiday traditions of library staff members and community members.
