Open Enrollment

Harlingen Leadership Academy is accepting new open enrollments for PK-5th grade until February 12. HLA is ranked #1 in Texas for schools of its size for Student Progress on the STAAR tests. New students who enroll by February 12 can either lock in their seat or participate in a lottery if that grade is full. Students who enroll after February 12 may have to be placed on a waiting list. HLA is a Leader In Me free public charter school, teaching Covey's "7 Habits" leadership skills in addition to academics.
