Le Cirque: Stride with Pride for Education

The Harlingen Area Educational Foundation and Club D2BD present Le Cirque: Stride with Pride for Education on Saturday, January 28 at 7 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center at 3217 Wilson Rd. in Harlingen. In partnership with the Harlingen Independent Consolidated School District, funds raised by the event will be used to fund scholarships and early childhood literacy. This annual event is designed to celebrate the arts while students of all ages "stride with pride" for education. Each student strider, as well as our celebrity striders, find community partners to sponsor their walk down the runway. Models will sport looks from Dillard's, Armando's Tuxedo and Harlingen's own fashion designer, Laisa Macias.

General admission tickets are $25. VIP tickets are $100 and will include a VIP mixer at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online.
