Harlingen - Center for Creative Retirement Lecture Series – ''Flora and Fauna of South Texas'' Nature photographer Phil Nelson began his interest in plants and animals at the age of 11 years old and has been observing and photographing nature ever since. Phil will share his experiences and his photos with us. Harlingen Public Library, 9:30 am to 11:30 am $5.00 fee for non-members.
