Downtown Harlingen Holiday Contests Downtown Harlingen Ongoing through December 28, 2012 For the first time, the public is invited to participate in judging the holiday window displays in Downtown Harlingen. At the same time, individuals can take part in a Name That Song and Favorite Window Display contests, displaying posters with lines of popular Christmas songs in their windows. Entrants must guess the names of the songs and write them on the contest entry form and vote for their three (3) favorite window displays. At least 15 Christmas songs must be correctly identified in order to be eligible for a prize drawing on January 3, 2013.
