The classes provide you with information & techniques that will promote a healthy pregnancy, a fulfilling birth experience, & confident parenting of the newborn. Sign up at any stage in pregnancy. Class Content A series of four 3 hour classes to help you have an understanding of the normal birthing process, medical interventions associated with birth, comfort measures & techniques, as well as feeding basics, postpartum care, newborn care & infant safety. This group class provides an opportunity to meet other expectant families & make connections that can lead to wonderful friendships as you experience early parenthood together.
