Candlelight Vigil Ni Una Mas/Not One More In honoring those lives lost, the Family Crisis Center along Texas State Technical College in Harlingen will be honoring the victims that have lost their lives as result of domestic violence. This event is free and open to the public. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and unfortunately there is not a way to disguise the severity and impact of domestic violence in the lives of thousands of women, men, and children every day. Unfortunately, the State of Texas had a total of 142 victims who were killed by their intimate partner and the Rio Grande Valley was not an exception.
