Calling all Chamber "Red Coats"! The Chamber Ambassadors Committee was organized fifty years ago, in 1961, under the name Six Shooter Committee. As official representatives of the Chamber, the Ambassadors attend ground breakings and ribbon cuttings, serve as greeters at Chamber mixers and other special events, and participate in membership drives and retention programs. They are easy to spot at Chamber events because of their distinctive red coats. In celebration of their 50th Anniversary, the Chamber Ambassadors are planning a gala in October in conjunction with the Chamber's Annual Meeting. Chamber Ambassadors -- past and present -- will be recognized at the gala. If you have ever been a member of the Chamber Ambassadors, let us hear from you!
