Blues on the Hill - Harlingen

Harlingen Parks and Recreation Department along with Harlingen Volunteer Involvement Council presents a great evening of entertainment and fun. Lawn chairs, blankets and beach towels are welcome. Food and cold beverages will be sold. (No outside food or beverages please). Free Admission. The public is invited.
