The U.S. Small Business Administration has organized a special series of four (4) human resource workshops to help small business owners or anyone thinking about starting a business avoid legal issues, as well as employee dissatisfaction. Part I will be presented by the U. S. Department of Labor-Wage and Hour Division and will teach participants the importance of complying with rules and regulations covered under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
