"A Glowing Xmas" Harlingen Christmas Parade

The RGV Jaycees invite you to bring your family and enjoy the traditional yearly parade. Parade will begin on Jackson and 4th Street ends on Jackson and "E" Street. Participants are encouraged to decorate with (but not limited to) glow sticks or Christmas Lights to make Harlingen Glow!
