Brown bag family picnic. Free water and soft drinks available. Military ceremonies performed by the following organizations: American Legion Post 43 and Post 205, D.A.V. of Harlingen, V.F.W. 2410 Harlingen & Catholic War Veterans. Patriotic program and music.
