DESCRIPTION:The RGV Jaycees invite the public to participate in the upcoming 4th of July Parade in Downtown Harlingen.  The event is planned as a Pet "Paw-rade" and all floats and entries will be judged as to whether they are the "Most Patriotic Pets".  The parade will begin at 10 am on Friday\, July 4th\, and proceed west on Jackson\, from 4th to "A" Street.  Complete parade rules and all registration is online at www.rgvjaycees.com.
